We’re excited to share another completed project for one of our valued repeat clients—this stunning five-bedroom residence in Ayala Southvale. This marks the third home we’ve worked on together, and we’re truly grateful for the trust and continued partnership.
The design direction of the home follows a modern minimalist theme, where clean lines, sleek finishes, and functional layouts come together to create a timeless living environment. Every cabinet, drawer, and storage solution was carefully considered to achieve a balance of practicality and understated elegance. Our team handled all the modular cabinetry for the project, covering the kitchen, master’s walk-in closet, bedroom wardrobes, and vanity closets, ensuring a cohesive and harmonious look across the entire house.
The kitchen is a standout feature of this home. Designed in a U-shaped layout with a central island, it was built to be both efficient and inviting. The U-shape maximizes countertop space, making food preparation easier while also offering ample storage underneath.
The island serves multiple purposes: a prep area for cooking, additional storage space with built-in drawers, and a casual dining spot where the family can gather. Its placement at the heart of the kitchen encourages interaction and movement, creating a natural flow between cooking, dining, and entertaining. The minimalist cabinetry, paired with modern finishes, keeps the space looking clean and uncluttered while still providing every practical function a family kitchen requires. Subtle design elements, such as integrated handles and concealed storage, further enhance the streamlined look that defines modern minimalist living.
Moving to the master’s walk-in closet, the space was designed not only for storage but also as a personal retreat. At its center sits a custom island fitted with pull-out drawers and topped with a glass display case to organize and showcase accessories. This feature allows the client to keep essentials accessible while adding a touch of sophistication.
Each of the four remaining bedrooms comes with integrated wardrobe cabinets located inside the bathrooms, a clever design choice that makes dressing up more convenient while optimizing space.
To complement these, we also built custom bathroom vanity closets that bring the same modern minimalist aesthetic into each private space. These vanities are not just functional—they offer smart storage for everyday essentials while maintaining a clean and polished appearance. The combination of integrated wardrobes and vanity closets ensures that every bathroom feels both practical and refined, with everything neatly tucked away yet easily accessible.
This project demonstrates how modular design can seamlessly adapt to every corner of the home, combining function with aesthetics in ways that support a modern lifestyle. The result is a residence that feels both simple and luxurious, practical yet refined.
