A Warm Contemporary Kitchen in Parañaque

This residential kitchen in Parañaque brings together warm materials, refined cabinetry, and thoughtful storage solutions to create a space that feels both sophisticated and highly functional.

The kitchen was designed by Made Studios and built by CXF Design Center, translating the design vision into precise cabinetry, integrated storage systems, and carefully executed details.

A soft neutral palette, textured stone surfaces, and concealed storage elements allow the kitchen to feel calm and seamless while supporting the needs of everyday living and entertaining.

At the heart of the space sits a stone-clad kitchen island, acting as both a visual focal point and a practical workspace.

The waterfall edges highlight the natural texture of the material, creating a sculptural centerpiece within the room. Integrated appliances and hidden storage maintain the clean lines of the island while allowing it to function as a prep space, serving area, and gathering point.

The island also introduces subtle ambient lighting that enhances the warmth of the stone and adds depth to the kitchen’s overall atmosphere.

One of the most distinctive elements of the kitchen is the hidden mini bar concealed behind pocket doors.

When closed, the cabinet blends seamlessly with the surrounding kitchen panels. When opened, it reveals a fully functional beverage station complete with open shelving, glassware storage, and a built-in wine chiller.

This design allows the homeowners to entertain easily while keeping the kitchen visually streamlined when the bar is not in use.

The cabinetry and detailing were carefully executed by CXF Design Center to ensure that the pocket door mechanism operates smoothly while maintaining the clean architectural lines envisioned by Made Studios.

Beyond aesthetics, the kitchen also incorporates functional cabinet accessories that improve everyday usability.

A pull-down dish dryer integrated within the upper cabinets allows dishes to be stored overhead while remaining easily accessible. This mechanism maximizes vertical storage without sacrificing convenience.

Meanwhile, a corner pull-out storage system transforms traditionally difficult corner spaces into accessible storage. The sliding trays allow cookware and kitchen tools to be organized efficiently while remaining fully visible when opened.

These accessories are integrated seamlessly into the cabinetry, allowing the kitchen to maintain its clean and minimalist appearance.

This Parañaque residential kitchen reflects a strong collaboration between design and craftsmanship.

The concept was designed by Made Studios, while CXF Design Center brought the design to life through custom cabinetry fabrication and installation, ensuring that every detail — from concealed storage to integrated accessories — functions seamlessly.

The result is a kitchen that balances architectural simplicity, warm materials, and intelligent storage, creating a space that is both visually refined and highly practical for modern living.

A Custom Beverage Cabinet Designed for Entertaining

In many modern homes, cabinetry is no longer just about storage — it also shapes how a space is used and experienced. For this residence in San Juan City, CXF Design Center created a custom beverage cabinet designed to support entertaining while integrating seamlessly into the home’s contemporary interior.

The cabinet functions as a compact beverage station where coffee, wine, and spirits can be prepared and displayed, creating a dedicated space for gathering and everyday enjoyment.

The central section of the cabinet serves as a functional beverage station, designed to accommodate small appliances such as kettles and coffee makers while keeping the countertop visually clean.

Above the countertop, integrated glass racks allow stemware to be stored safely while remaining within easy reach. This detail keeps the cabinet both functional and visually organized.

Concealed storage below provides space for accessories and additional drinkware, maintaining a minimalist appearance.

To complement the beverage station, the cabinet incorporates vertical wine storage, allowing bottles to be stored securely while also becoming part of the design.

The angled compartments provide both accessibility and visual rhythm, turning functional storage into an architectural feature within the cabinetry.

One of the defining features of this beverage cabinet is the curved corner shelving.

Rather than ending the cabinet with a sharp edge, the design introduces a soft radius that gently transitions into the surrounding wall. These open shelves provide space for displaying small decor pieces while adding a sculptural quality to the cabinetry.

Curved cabinetry requires careful fabrication but brings warmth and elegance to the overall design.

To support appliances used in the beverage station, the countertop includes pop-up power outlets.

These outlets remain hidden within the countertop and can be lifted when needed, keeping the surface uncluttered while providing convenient access to power for coffee makers, kettles, and other small appliances.

Custom cabinetry allows homeowners to shape their spaces around their lifestyle.

This beverage cabinet in San Juan City demonstrates how thoughtful details — curved edges, integrated lighting, concealed power outlets, and tailored storage — can transform a cabinet into a refined focal point that enhances both everyday living and entertaining.

Cabinet Upgrade for a 2-Bedroom Apartment in Parañaque

This project involved the selective renovation of a 2-bedroom apartment in Parañaque, focusing primarily on upgrading the home’s cabinetry while preserving much of the existing interior character. Rather than a full overhaul, the goal was to enhance the apartment’s functionality through thoughtfully designed storage solutions. Custom cabinets supplied by CXF Design Center were installed in the kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms, improving organization and usability while complementing the apartment’s original finishes such as the parquet flooring, wood doors, and overall layout.

The kitchen retained its original footprint but was upgraded with new cabinetry to improve storage and efficiency. A central island with a quartz countertop provides additional preparation space and houses the cooktop beneath a stainless range hood, creating a functional focal point within the room.

Custom kitchen cabinets by CXF Design Center were designed to integrate appliances neatly while maintaining a clean and balanced appearance. The combination of neutral cabinetry, stainless elements, and simple finishes allows the kitchen to feel refreshed while still harmonizing with the apartment’s existing materials.

The bedrooms were fitted with custom wardrobe cabinets by CXF Design Center, designed to maximize storage while keeping the rooms visually uncluttered. Floor-to-ceiling cabinets provide generous space for clothing and personal items.

Inside the wardrobes, a combination of hanging sections, drawers, and open shelving ensures that everything has a designated place. Integrated lighting enhances visibility and adds a subtle touch of refinement when the cabinets are opened.

The clean cabinet fronts and long vertical handles contribute to a streamlined appearance that blends easily with the apartment’s existing interior style.

The bathrooms were refreshed with new vanity cabinets by CXF Design Center, adding practical storage while maintaining a simple and uncluttered look. The floating vanity design keeps the floor visually open and contributes to a more spacious feel.

Round illuminated mirrors introduce soft ambient lighting, enhancing both functionality and atmosphere. The glass shower partition keeps the layout light and transparent while separating the shower area effectively.

This Parañaque apartment project demonstrates how well-designed cabinetry can significantly improve everyday living without requiring a complete renovation. By upgrading the kitchen, wardrobes, and bathroom vanities, the home now benefits from better storage, improved functionality, and a more cohesive interior.

With custom cabinetry by CXF Design Center, the apartment has been thoughtfully enhanced while preserving the character of the existing space—creating a home that is both practical and comfortable for daily life.

A Warm Modern Workspace and Storage Renovation in Parañaque

This renovation project in Parañaque focused on creating refined, highly functional spaces tailored for modern living and working from home. The design emphasizes rich wood textures, clean lines, and integrated storage, resulting in interiors that feel both professional and welcoming. The scope included custom cabinetry for a home office, walk-in closet, and kitchen, each designed to maximize organization while maintaining a cohesive aesthetic throughout the home.

The home office was designed as a dedicated workspace that combines practicality with warmth. Custom floor-to-ceiling cabinetry provides generous storage while maintaining a streamlined appearance. Open shelves offer easy access to frequently used items, while closed cabinets keep clutter hidden.

A long built-in desk accommodates multiple workstations, making the room ideal for collaborative work or meetings. The warm wood finish paired with subtle lighting details creates an environment that feels calm, focused, and professional.

The walk-in closet was designed to provide both practical storage and refined presentation. Full-height wardrobes maximize vertical space, offering ample room for clothing and accessories.

Glass display cabinets add a sophisticated touch, allowing select items to be showcased while keeping them protected. The combination of wood finishes and clean lines creates a closet that feels organized, spacious, and elegant.

Mirrored panels further enhance the sense of space by reflecting light throughout the room.

The kitchen renovation focuses on durability, cleanliness, and efficiency. Stainless cabinetry provides a sleek and hygienic solution that is easy to maintain and ideal for heavy kitchen use.

White countertops and a bright backsplash keep the space feeling open and fresh, while the streamlined layout ensures that cooking and preparation areas remain highly functional.

The result is a kitchen that balances modern practicality with understated elegance.

Throughout the project, the design prioritized functional storage solutions, clean architectural lines, and timeless materials. Rich wood cabinetry anchors the office and closet spaces, while the kitchen introduces a durable and modern contrast through stainless finishes.

Together, these elements create a home that feels organized, sophisticated, and thoughtfully designed—perfectly suited for contemporary living in Parañaque.

A Warm Modern Home for a Young Couple in Manila

Starting a home together is a special milestone, and for this young couple in Manila, it meant transforming their space into a warm, modern sanctuary that balances comfort, function, and timeless design.

The renovation focused on four key areas of the home — the kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, and living room — with a design approach centered on light wood textures, neutral tones, and soft lighting to create a cohesive and calming atmosphere.

The kitchen was designed to maximize space while maintaining a clean and elegant aesthetic.

A peninsula counter with marble finish serves as both a workspace and a casual dining area for two. The fluted panel detail on the counter front adds texture and subtle visual interest while softly illuminated LED lighting creates a warm ambiance.

The cabinetry combines light wood finishes with seamless cream panels, creating a modern yet inviting look. A herringbone tile backsplash introduces pattern without overwhelming the space.

Carefully planned storage keeps the kitchen uncluttered, while open shelving adds a light and airy feel.

Both bedrooms in this Manila renovation were each designed with their own dedicated study table, tailored to the layout and function of the room. One bedroom features a built-in desk integrated with the wardrobe cabinetry, creating a seamless wall of storage while maintaining a clean, minimalist look. The second bedroom includes a compact study nook beside the window, accented with vertical panel detailing and floating shelves that provide additional storage without making the space feel heavy. While the layouts differ, both workspaces share the same warm palette of light wood finishes and soft neutral tones, ensuring the rooms feel cohesive with the rest of the home while offering practical areas for work, study, or quiet focus.

The bathroom introduces a striking design contrast through deep green vertical tiles, creating a dramatic yet elegant backdrop. A terrazzo countertop and backsplash adds texture and durability, while the round mirror softens the linear elements in the space.

The vanity continues the warm wood theme found throughout the home, maintaining a consistent design language across all rooms.

Throughout the renovation, the design focused on cohesion, warmth, and functionality. Light wood cabinetry, neutral cream tones, soft ambient lighting, and built-in storage solutions were thoughtfully integrated throughout the home, creating a consistent and harmonious design language. Clean minimalist lines keep each space feeling open and uncluttered while ensuring that every element remains practical for everyday living. The result is a home that feels modern yet welcoming—perfectly tailored to the lifestyle of a young couple beginning their new chapter together. ✨

Designing for a Modern Icon: Our Modular Kitchen & Walk-In Closet Project for Kylie Verzosa

Kylie Verzosa’s home was designed to mirror the calm, elegance, and intention she brings into her life as an actress, entrepreneur, and Miss International 2016 titleholder. Our goal was to create spaces that balance beauty with daily practicality—rooms that feel serene and grounded, yet fully capable of keeping up with her fast-moving lifestyle. The result is a modular kitchen and walk-in closet that reflect not just her personal aesthetic, but also the rhythm of how she lives.

The kitchen is wrapped in warm natural wood cabinetry and anchored by a striking marble backsplash whose soft gold and grey veining creates a sense of quiet sophistication without overwhelming the space. Open shelves with integrated lighting turn everyday objects into curated accents, making the room feel personal and lived-in rather than staged. Every appliance is positioned intentionally to preserve visual serenity. The refrigerator is fully integrated behind cabinetry, the dishwasher disappears into the millwork, and even the washer–dryer is hidden beneath the counter behind matching doors. Kylie can manage day-to-day routines without ever breaking the kitchen’s visual flow.

More than just beautiful, the space is flexible. The modular cabinet system allows the kitchen to evolve over time—storage can expand, appliances can be upgraded, and functionality can be reconfigured without redesigning the entire room. This adaptability was essential, especially for someone whose lifestyle shifts constantly between filming, travel, content creation, and downtime. The kitchen is not simply designed for today; it is built to grow alongside her.

This approach extends naturally into Kylie’s walk-in closet, which was crafted to feel like her own private boutique rather than a traditional storage room. A glass-topped wardrobe island displays accessories in soft-lined compartments, transforming belts, sunglasses, watches, and jewelry into a curated collection. The act of choosing an outfit becomes a peaceful ritual rather than a frantic search. Her handbag display sits on softly lit shelves with rounded edges, giving each piece room to breathe, highlighting textures and silhouettes in a way that feels intentional and artful.

Along one wall, Kylie’s handbag collection is displayed on softly lit open shelves. The spacing was intentional—each piece has room to breathe rather than being stacked or crowded. Rounded vertical edges soften the built-ins, giving them a sculptural presence in the room. Across from the bags, a dedicated shoe cabinet organizes her pairs by purpose and frequency of use: event heels, everyday favorites, seasonal styles, and current rotation. Lighting is placed in the corners of the shelves to illuminate silhouettes without washing out the textures or colors. This system helps Kylie choose quickly while keeping every pair accessible and protected.

The centerpiece of the closet is a custom glass-top island that turns personal belongings into a curated gallery. Each drawer is lined to protect delicate finishes and arranged with compartments tailored to Kylie’s lifestyle. Jewelry sits in velvet trays, rings are displayed in rows, sunglasses are separated to avoid scratching, and belts are stored in coiled compartments to preserve structure and hardware. What could easily become clutter becomes a calm archive—an organized inventory of memories, outfits, travels, and milestones. In a profession where wardrobe is part of identity, this space gives Kylie clarity, not chaos.

Every detail in Kylie Verzosa’s home is designed with purpose. Nothing is ornamental without function. The kitchen supports daily routines while shielding them from view. The closet respects her collections while guiding her through them. Both spaces are modular, forgiving, and ready to grow with her—quietly luxurious, deeply personal, and always evolving.

The kitchen sets the tone for the home with its white paneled cabinetry, brass hardware, and stone-textured finishes — a hallmark of CXF Design Center’s modular craftsmanship. The layout was designed with both function and experience in mind — the sink faces a wide window, offering a pleasant view and natural light while cooking or cleaning. Clean lines meet classic detailing, creating a space that’s both practical and serene.

The dining area continues the theme of quiet sophistication. Light-toned cabinetry and display storage seamlessly blend with the room’s soft lighting and warm neutral palette, maintaining the cohesive Modern Classic aesthetic that defines the entire home.

Rich-toned built-ins anchor the entertainment room with depth and character. Designed to balance form and function, the cabinetry adds contrast while complementing the warm textures and layered finishes throughout the space.

Each bedroom features tailored wardrobes that reflect CXF Design Center’s approach to modular design — refined proportions, practical storage, and a timeless look that integrates effortlessly with the rest of the condo’s interiors.

In the bathroom, soft neutral cabinetry and marble-inspired surfaces create a serene and polished retreat. Subtle detailing and gold fixtures continue the home’s elegant narrative, completing the Modern Classic design story.

Every detail in this project reflects CXF Design Center’s philosophy — that cabinetry should not only serve a purpose, but also define how a space feels and functions. From the smallest hardware choice to the way each cabinet aligns with light, texture, and flow, our goal is to create homes that feel cohesive, intentional, and deeply personal.

This Modern Classic condo captures exactly that — a perfect harmony between craftsmanship and comfort, design and lifestyle. Each room tells a part of the same story: that thoughtful modular design can transform everyday living into something quietly luxurious.

At CXF Design Center, we believe great design begins with understanding how people live. It’s about creating spaces that are not just beautiful, but also made to last — where function meets elegance, and every cabinet plays a role in shaping a home that feels truly one of a kind.

The Granada Residence: A Personalized Approach to Modern Living in Nuvali, Laguna

One of our recently completed projects is the Granada Residence in Nuvali, Laguna, where the client took full control in selecting every finish and color to bring their vision to life.

For the kitchen, the client wanted a moody and modern atmosphere, which led to the bold choice of matte black kitchen cabinets paired with a striking stone backsplash. The result is a sleek and contemporary space that feels both stylish and functional

To further maximize the home’s storage potential, we designed an aesthetic cabinet under the stairs. This clever solution features hidden storage for shoes, keeping the entryway neat while maintaining a streamlined look.

Moving into the bedroom, an accent wall cladding using Zenwood® ZW108 in Ashtree shade was added behind the bed for a textured and natural finish. On the opposite side, the bedroom TV wall was elevated with Zenwood® Flexistone FS07 in White, adding contrast and a modern touch.

Finally, for the outdoor garage area, the homeowners wanted to maintain consistency with their interiors. We installed Zenwood® Outdoor WPC Cladding ZW203 in Ashtree shade, giving the façade a contemporary accent while ensuring durability against outdoor conditions.
