The kitchen was designed by Made Studios and built by CXF Design Center, translating the design vision into precise cabinetry, integrated storage systems, and carefully executed details.

A soft neutral palette, textured stone surfaces, and concealed storage elements allow the kitchen to feel calm and seamless while supporting the needs of everyday living and entertaining.

At the heart of the space sits a stone-clad kitchen island, acting as both a visual focal point and a practical workspace.

The waterfall edges highlight the natural texture of the material, creating a sculptural centerpiece within the room. Integrated appliances and hidden storage maintain the clean lines of the island while allowing it to function as a prep space, serving area, and gathering point.

The island also introduces subtle ambient lighting that enhances the warmth of the stone and adds depth to the kitchen’s overall atmosphere.

One of the most distinctive elements of the kitchen is the hidden mini bar concealed behind pocket doors.

When closed, the cabinet blends seamlessly with the surrounding kitchen panels. When opened, it reveals a fully functional beverage station complete with open shelving, glassware storage, and a built-in wine chiller.

This design allows the homeowners to entertain easily while keeping the kitchen visually streamlined when the bar is not in use.

The cabinetry and detailing were carefully executed by CXF Design Center to ensure that the pocket door mechanism operates smoothly while maintaining the clean architectural lines envisioned by Made Studios.

Meanwhile, a corner pull-out storage system transforms traditionally difficult corner spaces into accessible storage. The sliding trays allow cookware and kitchen tools to be organized efficiently while remaining fully visible when opened.

The central section of the cabinet serves as a functional beverage station, designed to accommodate small appliances such as kettles and coffee makers while keeping the countertop visually clean.

Above the countertop, integrated glass racks allow stemware to be stored safely while remaining within easy reach. This detail keeps the cabinet both functional and visually organized.

Concealed storage below provides space for accessories and additional drinkware, maintaining a minimalist appearance.

To complement the beverage station, the cabinet incorporates vertical wine storage, allowing bottles to be stored securely while also becoming part of the design.

The angled compartments provide both accessibility and visual rhythm, turning functional storage into an architectural feature within the cabinetry.

This project involved the selective renovation of a 2-bedroom apartment in Parañaque, focusing primarily on upgrading the home’s cabinetry while preserving much of the existing interior character. Rather than a full overhaul, the goal was to enhance the apartment’s functionality through thoughtfully designed storage solutions. Custom cabinets supplied by CXF Design Center were installed in the kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms, improving organization and usability while complementing the apartment’s original finishes such as the parquet flooring, wood doors, and overall layout.

The kitchen retained its original footprint but was upgraded with new cabinetry to improve storage and efficiency. A central island with a quartz countertop provides additional preparation space and houses the cooktop beneath a stainless range hood, creating a functional focal point within the room.

A peninsula counter with marble finish serves as both a workspace and a casual dining area for two. The fluted panel detail on the counter front adds texture and subtle visual interest while softly illuminated LED lighting creates a warm ambiance.

The cabinetry combines light wood finishes with seamless cream panels, creating a modern yet inviting look. A herringbone tile backsplash introduces pattern without overwhelming the space.

Kylie Verzosa’s home was designed to mirror the calm, elegance, and intention she brings into her life as an actress, entrepreneur, and Miss International 2016 titleholder. Our goal was to create spaces that balance beauty with daily practicality—rooms that feel serene and grounded, yet fully capable of keeping up with her fast-moving lifestyle. The result is a modular kitchen and walk-in closet that reflect not just her personal aesthetic, but also the rhythm of how she lives.

The kitchen is wrapped in warm natural wood cabinetry and anchored by a striking marble backsplash whose soft gold and grey veining creates a sense of quiet sophistication without overwhelming the space. Open shelves with integrated lighting turn everyday objects into curated accents, making the room feel personal and lived-in rather than staged. Every appliance is positioned intentionally to preserve visual serenity. The refrigerator is fully integrated behind cabinetry, the dishwasher disappears into the millwork, and even the washer–dryer is hidden beneath the counter behind matching doors. Kylie can manage day-to-day routines without ever breaking the kitchen’s visual flow.

More than just beautiful, the space is flexible. The modular cabinet system allows the kitchen to evolve over time—storage can expand, appliances can be upgraded, and functionality can be reconfigured without redesigning the entire room. Moving into the private areas, the walk-in closet continues the home’s elegant tone, with CXF Design Center’s modular cabinetry featuring curved edges for a refined, custom-built feel. A bespoke vanity table completes the space — perfect for a calm morning routine or evening wind-down.



Throughout the second and third floors, the floors are finished with Zenwood® SPC flooring in Honey Maple shade, tying every room together with a consistent, warm undertone that enhances the natural light and complements the wooden elements throughout the interiors.

The Granada Residence: A Personalized Approach to Modern Living in Nuvali, Laguna

One of our recently completed projects is the Granada Residence in Nuvali, Laguna, where the client took full control in selecting every finish and color to bring their vision to life.

For the kitchen, the client wanted a moody and modern atmosphere, which led to the bold choice of matte black kitchen cabinets paired with a striking stone backsplash. The result is a sleek and contemporary space that feels both stylish and functional

To further maximize the home’s storage potential, we designed an aesthetic cabinet under the stairs. This clever solution features hidden storage for shoes, keeping the entryway neat while maintaining a streamlined look.

In the living area, the client opted for a TV console in a rich “Bronze Walnut” shade to complement the darker kitchen cabinets. This color brings warmth and balance to the home’s overall palette while tying the spaces together seamlessly.

Moving into the bedroom, an accent wall cladding using Zenwood® ZW108 in Ashtree shade was added behind the bed for a textured and natural finish. On the opposite side, the bedroom TV wall was elevated with Zenwood® Flexistone FS07 in White, adding contrast and a modern touch.

 

Finally, for the outdoor garage area, the homeowners wanted to maintain consistency with their interiors. We installed Zenwood® Outdoor WPC Cladding ZW203 in Ashtree shade, giving the façade a contemporary accent while ensuring durability against outdoor conditions.

The Granada Residence is a perfect reflection of how carefully chosen finishes and smart design solutions can create a home that feels both personal and timeless.
