We’re thrilled to share a glimpse of one of our recently completed residential projects located in Nuvali, Laguna — a space that beautifully balances warmth, functionality, and modern design.

The heart of the home features a custom modular kitchen by CXF Design Center, showcasing seamless lines and natural tones that complement the home’s bright and airy aesthetic. The kitchen is paired with Zenwood® concave wall panels, item code ZW208 in Ashtree color, adding a touch of texture and visual rhythm to the space. The combination of soft wood finishes and the clean geometry of the panels creates a cohesive, sophisticated look that feels both inviting and timeless.


Moving into the private areas, the walk-in closet continues the home’s elegant tone, with CXF Design Center’s modular cabinetry featuring curved edges for a refined, custom-built feel. A bespoke vanity table completes the space — perfect for a calm morning routine or evening wind-down.



Throughout the second and third floors, the floors are finished with Zenwood® SPC flooring in Honey Maple shade, tying every room together with a consistent, warm undertone that enhances the natural light and complements the wooden elements throughout the interiors.


Every corner of this Nuvali residence reflects thoughtful planning — balancing the homeowners’ lifestyle needs with timeless aesthetics. The design approach focused on creating a calm, modern sanctuary that seamlessly connects shared spaces and private retreats.


This Nuvali home embodies balance — warm, functional, and effortlessly modern. Natural light fills each space, accentuating the Zenwood® SPC Honey Maple floors and Zenwood® concave wall panels (ZW208 – Ashtree) that tie the interiors together with texture and warmth.

A Modern Transformation with Bamboo Floors and WPC Cladding

This renovation project beautifully blends natural textures with modern finishes, creating a home that feels both warm and contemporary.

From the outside, the façade is clad with Zenwood® WPC Outdoor Cladding ZW303, installed horizontally for a sleek, modern look. The horizontal orientation emphasizes clean architectural lines, giving the home a more expansive and structured profile.

To complete the exterior, the design features Zenwood® PVC 3-in-1 eaves in English Chestnut, which add a refined contrast to the cladding with their rich, natural tone. Beyond aesthetics, these materials were chosen for their durability and low-maintenance qualities—resistant to weather, fading, and warping, ensuring the home maintains its polished appeal for years to come. Together, the cladding and eaves create a cohesive, timeless façade that reflects both function and style.

Inside, the second floor is defined by Modern Bamboo® strandwoven bamboo flooring in tea brown, chosen for its rich character and modern elegance. Both the bedrooms and hallway benefit from this natural warmth, with the hallway made even more striking by a thoughtfully placed skylight that floods the space with natural light. The result is a bright, welcoming pathway that highlights the texture and beauty of the bamboo.

The Granada Residence: A Personalized Approach to Modern Living in Nuvali, Laguna

One of our recently completed projects is the Granada Residence in Nuvali, Laguna, where the client took full control in selecting every finish and color to bring their vision to life.

For the kitchen, the client wanted a moody and modern atmosphere, which led to the bold choice of matte black kitchen cabinets paired with a striking stone backsplash. The result is a sleek and contemporary space that feels both stylish and functional

To further maximize the home’s storage potential, we designed an aesthetic cabinet under the stairs. This clever solution features hidden storage for shoes, keeping the entryway neat while maintaining a streamlined look.

In the living area, the client opted for a TV console in a rich “Bronze Walnut” shade to complement the darker kitchen cabinets. This color brings warmth and balance to the home’s overall palette while tying the spaces together seamlessly.

Moving into the bedroom, an accent wall cladding using Zenwood® ZW108 in Ashtree shade was added behind the bed for a textured and natural finish. On the opposite side, the bedroom TV wall was elevated with Zenwood® Flexistone FS07 in White, adding contrast and a modern touch.

 

Finally, for the outdoor garage area, the homeowners wanted to maintain consistency with their interiors. We installed Zenwood® Outdoor WPC Cladding ZW203 in Ashtree shade, giving the façade a contemporary accent while ensuring durability against outdoor conditions.

The Granada Residence is a perfect reflection of how carefully chosen finishes and smart design solutions can create a home that feels both personal and timeless.
